Excellent service! Je suis vraiment très satisfaite du résultat. La personne qui s’est occupée de ma voiture a été extrêmement minutieuse et a porté attention aux moindres détails. Ma voiture est impeccable, autant au niveau de la finition que du nettoyage. On voit vraiment le soin et le professionnalisme dans le travail effectué. J’ai choisi Psycho Detailing notamment parce qu’Ali est un applicateur accrédité Gtechniq, pour faire appliquer une protection céramique CSL + EXO sur ma voiture. Super expérience du début à la fin : réponses rapides, rendez-vous respecté, communication facile et surtout un travail impeccable. Oui, c’est un bon montant à investir, mais le prix est très raisonnable considérant la qualité du travail, les produits utilisés et le service clé en main. On voit qu’Ali prend réellement le temps de faire les choses comme il faut et ne cherche pas à couper les coins ronds. Je recommande sans hésitation Psycho Detailing à ceux qui veulent un travail professionnel et de qualité. Merci Ali d’avoir pris le temps de bien faire les choses sur ma voiture. Went there with my 2013 MX-5 for a stain on the back of my trunk lid. The owner came out and looked at it. Then took time away from the work he was doing to buff it, and fix my problem right away. While I was there. Impeccable service. He knew what he was doing. His experience showed. You don't want somebody working on your car paint that screws it up, and then says I'm sorry. Especially when you have a special paint color on your car, like I have. If you need small mark taken off your car like I did. Or you want to have your car ceramic coated. This is the place to go. Excellente expérience avec Ali. Dès mon arrivée, il a été très accueillant, professionnel et à l’écoute. Il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et nous avons eu une très bonne conversation, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’endroit était également très propre, bien organisé et accueillant, ce qui donne immédiatement une bonne impression et démontre le sérieux apporté au travail. Je suis extrêmement satisfait du nettoyage de mon compartiment moteur. Le résultat est impeccable et démontre clairement son souci du détail ainsi que la qualité de son travail. Après avoir vu le résultat, je n’hésiterais pas à lui confier le nettoyage complet de mon véhicule ou à essayer leurs autres services. Merci encore à Ali pour l’excellent service. Travail minutieux et attentionné sur le polissage de ma Audi noir qui avait de nombreuses petites éraflures. Elle est maintenant comme neuve à nouveau. Je recommande Ali sans aucune hésitation. Brought my car here in the worst shape possible. I had 2 other detailers try to clean the salt but both failed to do so. Psycho Detailing did a great job and now it looks brand new. Almost didn’t recognize it lol. They pay attention to the smallest detail down to the gas pedal. I would give 10 stars if they let me.
