Car washes are fast and cheap. If you care about your paint, a hand wash is gentler, and more thorough.
01 Preparation

- A 20% deposit confirms your date. It’s applied to the balance.

No. Machine wax applies a wax that adds gloss and protection; it removes nothing from the paint. For dull paint or light swirls, you need a gloss polish.
No. A wash, even by hand, doesn’t remove scratches or swirls: it avoids making new ones. To remove them, you need paint correction.
The hand wash and the machine wax are done at our Terrebonne studio. Wash & protect is done at the studio year-round, or at your place in Montreal, Laval and the North Shore when the weather allows.
The car is ready the same day. Pickup time is confirmed when you book; an SUV or a very dirty car can take longer.
Fresh ones, yes: the hand wash removes them, and wash & protect decontaminates what stays bonded. Left in the sun for a long time, they can mark the clear coat; those marks need a gloss polish. The sooner they come off, the fewer marks they leave.
As often as you can when the roads are salted, ideally every two weeks, and after a big storm. Salt left on the car dulls the paint and builds up under the body.
Not for a wash. A sealant or a wax protects the paint for a while; for longer-lasting protection, there’s ceramic coating, which already includes the decontamination and the polish.
