White rings on the carpets and lower door panels after winter. Hot-water extraction dissolves the salt and pulls it out of the fibres instead of spreading it.

We look at the interior with you and confirm the price, then every seat and carpet is shampooed and extracted by hand at the studio.
01 Inspection
- We look at the interior with you and confirm the price
- A 20% deposit confirms your date. It’s applied to the balance.
02 Vacuum
- Vacuum everywhere, pet hair removed
- Salt and dirt loosened from the fibres
- If the price needs to change, we call you first
03 Extraction
- Shampoo, then hot-water extraction: the dirty water comes out with the dirt
- Leather cleaned and conditioned
04 Finish
- Surfaces and glass done by hand
- We check every area with you at pickup

A car wash vacuums and wipes. Here the seats and carpets are shampooed and extracted, and the time follows the interior’s condition: that’s what removes salt, stains and pet hair.

Yes. Hot-water extraction dissolves salt and calcium and pulls them out of the fibres, instead of spreading them like a cloth would. A crust left all winter can take two passes; that’s included in the price confirmed at the inspection.
Most of them, yes: coffee, food, mud, salt. An old stain, dye from jeans, bleach, ink or a burn may only fade, because it changed the fibre’s colour. We tell you at the inspection, before we start.
Yes, it’s part of the job. Hair embedded in the carpet and fabric takes more time: a car with a lot of pet hair sits in the salt, stains or pet hair line of the price guide, and an extreme case is priced at the inspection.
In most cases the car is ready the same day; pickup time is confirmed when you book. Extraction pulls the water out with the dirt, and we dry the carpets and seats at the studio before handing the car back. They may still feel slightly damp that day.
Yes, when the smell comes from dirt, like food, a spilled drink or sweat, since we remove the source. Cigarette, cannabis, pet or mould odour soaks into the fabric and the ventilation; it needs odour removal.
